To help us provide the best service, please:
• Clear the work area of any obstacles (furniture, planters, toys, vehicles).
• Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed.
• Address any loose screens or window panes.
• Ensure access to an outdoor water spigot (we bring our hoses).
• If accessible, secure pets indoors for their safety and our team’s comfort.
• Trim back any overgrown bushes or trees that might impede access if possible.

For exterior-only services (e.g., house washing, roof washing, pressure washing, exterior window cleaning), you do not need to be home as long as we have access to the property and a water spigot. For interior window cleaning, someone will need to be present to grant access. We will always confirm arrangements in advance.

Light rain typically does not affect our ability to perform most services, especially exterior cleaning. Heavy rainfall, high winds, or severe weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety and effectiveness. We will contact you proactively if weather necessitates a change.
